We are working in diversivied businesses (under diffent company names) such as: furniture projects for hotels, exports, edible products trading and exports, etc. We are currently opening a position for an Executive Secretary or personal assistant to the owner.
Executive Secretary (sekretaris direksi)
Job Description:
- Scheduling, organizing, and reminding for appointments
- Liasing for clients, supplier and other contacts
- Producing necessary documents to support the managing director
- Assisting Emails, screening phone calls and other sort of communications
- Carrying background research and present findings
- General office administration
Job Requrement:
- Female
- Age: below 30 yrs
- Degree: D3 or equivalent minimum
- MUST have a good command in English (spoken and written)
- Secretarial Background will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Organized and attention to detail
- Willing to learn
- Preferably have prior experience but entry level with great learning curve is welcomed
