CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

Job Purpose: Manage all phone/email, serves customers by providing product and service information; enrollment processing and service problems resolving.

Requirements:
* Female, age min 25, max 35 with pleasant personality and good communication skill;
* Min. D3/S1 all major, preferable in Communication/Public Relations/Economic, min GPA 2.75;
* Experience min 3 years in the same position at securities or financial company;
* Good command of spoken & written English;
* Computer literate - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application, Internet;
knowing general IT technology is a plus.
* Skill Qualification - Product Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Multi-tasking and able to work in team.
* Knowledge and interest of Indonesia Stock Exchange and financial investment products such as reksadana is a plus.
