The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:  Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, fax messages and (e)mails
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Handling and maintaining the bookkeeping
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Respond to public inquiries
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Type confidential documents on a word-processing system

Persyaratan Pengalaman: Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang administrasi/akutansi

Keahlian: Able to operate computer
Microsoft Office
English speaking
Strong verbal communication

Kualifikasi: Female
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in /Administration/ Accounting/ Secretarial/ any Management Studies
Candidate must have min. 1 from Secretarial /Accounting/Administration/ Management Background
Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written.
Excellent interpersonal, consulting, diplomacy, and conflict-resolution skills.
High level of initiative, strong drives to succeed.
Understanding the functional breakdown of an organization at the executive level
Strong verbal communication skills
