HEAD Of COMPLIANCE & AUDIT

As part of team which contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the Group, you will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audit of the companies within the Group. These include process documentation, risk identification and assessment, evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control and ensuring compliance with established Group policies and procedures. You are expected to be able to interpret audit result, develop value-adding recommendations to mitigate the risk and prepare audit reports. You will also be required to research into new audit techniques and contribute towards continuing initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls in the Group.

Working closely with the business units, you are required to make sure and monitoring implementation of Standard Operating Procedure, as well as identify potential issues that impact the Company.

Requirements:
* Male or Female, max. 45 years old
* Master in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
* Min. 10 year experience in a large organization
* Exposure to consumer or commercial business audits is preferred
* Good knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and familiarity with organizational best practices
* Willingness to travel extensively
* High sense of integrity
* Excellent leadership, resourceful and analytical
* Good interpersonal and communication skill, with ability to handle with people of all levels
